Crews will construct a new concrete noise barrier along southbound Hwy 169 from approximately Cimarron Trail to Cedar Lake Rd. in Minnetonka.

Current noise levels exceed state/federal noise standards. The city of Minnetonka has provided a resolution of support for this project and committed to a 10% cost share. The project is being constructed under MnDOT Metro’s Standalone Noise Barrier Program and was selected as the noise wall project for fiscal year 2027.
