About this project
We repaved Jordan Ave. South and Cedar Lake Rd. near Hwy 169 and made sidewalk improvements, as well as upgraded storm sewers. This work was necessary to maintain the infrastructure and extend its lifespan.
We also replaced the signals at the Cedar Lake Rd. and Jordan Ave. South intersections in Minnetonka and St. Louis Park.

- Replaced sidewalk along west side of Jordan Ave. South from Cove Dr. to Cedar Lake Rd. in Minnetonka
- Replaced sidewalk along north side of Cedar Lake Rd. from Westview Terrace to Jordan Ave. in St. Louis Park
- Built new sidewalk along east side of Jordan Ave. South from the Hwy 169 northbound ramps to Cedar Lake Rd. in St. Louis Park
- Upgraded three storm sewers that drain to Hannan Lake
