Summary of work
Replace three box culverts on Highway 14 in Lincoln County 1.8 and 3.2 miles east of the Minnesota/South Dakota state line. This project will extend the life of these culverts by more than 50 years.
Traffic impacts
This project will require a detour using Highway 75 and Lincoln County Roads 13 and 1.
Topeka Shiner
We are committed to protecting the local environment, particularly the habitat of the Topeka Shiner, an endangered species residing in the waterways near the project area. Our construction timeline will be carefully planned to minimize disruption to these important local species and safeguard their habitat throughout the project.
