August 4, 2026 update
- Streets open to traffic are James Street, North Fairview, Cashin Drive, Barck Street, and Cardinal Drive.
- The crossing from Barck Avenue to Cardinal Drive in Luverne will be closed starting on August 12 for approximately a week for concrete paving.
- Any concrete pavement that has been placed is not open to traffic.
