Summary of work

In the summer of 2027, MnDOT will repave a section of Hwy 57 and build a roundabout.

The roadway will be repaved from 9th St. in Mantorville to Dodge Co. Rd. 16. We will also construct a new roundabout at the intersection of Hwy 57 and Dodge Co. Rd. 16. During this work, drainage facilities will also be improved.

Update

As of March 2026, MnDOT is preparing the construction plans for the roundabout and resurfacing project. These plans will include a detour, which is being finalized.

MnDOT has also completed the environmental review for this project. This review helps identify and address any impacts in the project area.

Next Public meeting

Your next opportunity to meet with MnDOT will be in summer or fall 2026. At that meeting, MnDOT will share:

• The expected construction schedule
