Project complete
The Minnesota Department of Transportation installed fiber communications along Interstate 94 in Moorhead to provide overhead message boards and cameras for improved traffic management. Portion of the work was completed in 2026 just west of the Red River bridge in North Dakota, after the completion of the Red River bridge resurfacing project.
