About this project
The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be constructing a project on Highways 71 and 72 from Tenstrike to Blackduck. The project is planned for construction in 2028. The project will include a full reconstruction of the highway and culvert replacements. The intersection of Highway 71 and Summit Avenue will include a new sidewalk crossing, ATV trail crossing, and replacement of the existing lights.
