Highway 15 detour south of Kimball Sept. 22-25 for railroad crossing repairs

KIMBALL, Minn. – Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) railway will replace the railroad crossing surface on Highway 15 between Linden Avenue East and Willow Creek Road in Kimball starting Sept. 22, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Traffic will be routed to Highway 55, Meeker County Road 17 and Highway 24 through Sept. 25, weather permitting. The sidewalk in the project area will remain closed for an additional week following the repairs for patching.
