We will be making improvements to Hwy 10 between just west of Edison St. in Elk River and just east of Armstrong Blvd. Northwest in Ramsey.
Summary of work
- Resurface Hwy 10 between just west of Edison St. in Elk River and just east of Armstrong Blvd. Northwest in Ramsey
- Construct J-turns at the following locations along Hwy 10:
- Edison St.
- Cleveland St./Jarvis St.
- Alpine Dr.
- Beatty St.
- Extend westbound Hwy 10 left turn lane at Beatty St.
- Build new trails
- Improve pedestrian/bicycle crossings
- Accessibility improvements
- Replace pipes improve drainage
- Rehab Rest Area Pavement
- Install fiber optic cable and cameras for the Regional Traffic Management Center traffic management system
- Remove some access from side businesses
- Construct an access road to MnDOT’s Maintenance facility

All traffic impacts are tentative and weather dependent.
