Purpose
I-494 Project 2 is the completion of the I-494 vision, building off the work done on I-494 Project 2. Project 2 includes extension of E-ZPass lanes on I-494 from I-35W to Hwy 77, pavement reconstruction and drainage on I-494 from Lyndale Avenue to 24th Avenue, pavement reconstruction on I-35W from 82nd Street to 76th Street, and bridge replacements including CPKC Railroad over I-494, Hwy 77 over I-494, and 82nd Street over I-35W.
