Request for proposals for SFY 2027 Certified Small Business Micro Grant program

MnDOT seeks responses from Minnesota-based certified small businesses that are seeking financial assistance for eligible expenses to increase their business capacity or industry knowledge and assist in the pursuit of MnDOT projects and contracts.

Deadline: Applications will be evaluated in the order in which they were received, subject to the terms of the RFP. Applications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 30, 2027, or until funding is exhausted. If funding is exhausted before April 30, 2027, no new applications will be considered at that time.
