College students who meet the program’s eligibility requirements may apply at any time. Land Management Support Seeds Student Worker

Description:
Work closely with the Direct Purchase and Land Management staff and real estate attorneys on legal and property matters. In this position, you will perform clerical and paralegal work, including scanning parcel and condemnation files, and obtaining and organizing files for court filings.

Primary tasks:

  • Prepare and process mailings for various legal matters
  • Review completed files, preparing them for permanent record keeping
  • Organize and prepare files for court and other legal matters under the direction of office attorneys

Description:
Help identify, create, and organize written records into business processes with MnDOT's Office of Fleet Management. In this position, you will assist with posterity, training, and business manual entries.while working with statewide Fleet Management, Fleet Data, Fleet Acquisitions, and other work groups. 

Primary tasks:

  • Identify, outline, and document fleet and business processes
  • Provide technical writing assistance for business documents and service level agreements
  • Assist with the development of training manuals and materials
