I-35 northbound ramp closure to occur Sept. 24 in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be closing the northbound I-35 offramp to 5th Avenue West in Duluth on Wednesday, Sept. 24 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. for construction work. Motorists looking to access downtown Duluth should detour by exiting at Mesaba Avenue.

Obey posted speed limits. The fine for speeding in a work zone is $300.
Drive undistracted. Avoid using cell phones, mobile devices, adjusting the radio – even eating –while in work zones.
Move over. Give workers room to safely complete their work.
