Northbound I-35 lane closures south of Duluth Sept. 22 - 26
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be completing bridge maintenance work on northbound I-35 from Sept. 22 -26 between Exit 245 Carlton County Road 61 and Exit 246 Midway Road. Motorists can expect the two left lanes closed during that time. This bridge is located over the DWP railway trail south of Duluth.
Work Zone Safety Tips:
- Obey posted speed limits. The fine for speeding in a work zone is $300.
- Drive undistracted. Avoid using cell phones, mobile devices, adjusting the radio – even eating –while in work zones.
- Move over. Give workers room to safely complete their work.
